Year 5/6 students have an opportunity to participate in the instrumental music program. Eligible students receive free tuition from an instructor provided by the Department of Education & Training. The students learn a woodwind or brass instrument which is available for Year 5 students to hire and Year 6 students should supply their own instrument. Students are identified for the program using an aptitude test conducted in the class room.
